Sanyo rebate trouble…?
Hi all
Recently, I purchased a Sanyo projector, which had a rebate.
I sent everything but the UPC bar code. Instead I sent the UPS. (very silly). I threw out the box too and did not cut out the remainder of bar codes from it.
Now Sanyo says that they cannot do anything about it and I am out with extra $600. Proectorpeople.com, who I bought from also cannot do anything.
Your original purchase invoice should have the codes. Sanyo should recognize the original invoice. The barcode should have a copy attached at the back of the projector.
Everyone will throw boxes, the barcode should also have a copy at the warranty card.
